Return and Refund Policy

1. Our policy lasts 48 Hours from the order you purchased/ Product received after that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
2. You can request an email at publish@manojvm.com if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or not received.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase like a screenshot of the receipt at the time of purchase.
4. Be replaced within a month if the buyer finds them in a bad condition.
5. Once we receive the original item, Refunds will be initiated. In case, a replacement cannot be issued, a refund will be provided.
6. Return or refund is not applicable to services like design, editing, formatting, proofreading, translation etc.
7. once your return email query is received by us, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
8. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit your account within 15 business days.
