Return and Refund Policy
- Our policy lasts 48 Hours from the order you purchased/ Product received after that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- You can request an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or not received.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase like a screenshot of the receipt at the time of purchase.
- Be replaced within a month if the buyer finds them in a bad condition.
- Once we receive the original item, Refunds will be initiated. In case, a replacement cannot be issued, a refund will be provided.
- Return or refund is not applicable to services like design, editing, formatting, proofreading, translation etc.
- once your return email query is received by us, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit your account within 15 business days.
